If your phone can still be returned or exchanged call or visit the vendor you bought it from. The time period for returning or exchanging the phone may vary depending on who you purchased from.

If the exchange period is up contact Motorola about a warranty exchange.

Sometimes your service provider will be able to help if you bought the phone from them.

If you have insurance through your carrier or your homeowner's insurance make a claim through them.
