Access Compass Calibration
Menu->Settings->Location & compass
If the compass has not been calibrated you will be ask to calibrate the compass. If you wish to re-calibrate the compass tap 'Calibrate compass'. You will see the following notice:
Tap OK.
You must dismiss the calibration instructions by tapping OK before calibrating the compass.
You will see:
Note that the compass is grey on black.
Rotate the phone in a figure 8 and in a few seconds you should see:
You can see that the compass has changed to green. Tap quit.
