Overview
Menu->Settings->About phone opens a sub-menu where you can view information about your Backflip. You have to scroll to see all of the information and sub-menus available.
System Updates
Tapping System updates will check to see if an over the air update is available.
No update available:
I am not too sure about no update nesessary, but this means there is no update available.
Status
Tapping Status displays information about how your phone is working right now and details such as the IMEI, Wi-Fi Mac address, and bluetooth address.
You have to scroll the page to view all of the information.
This is where you want to check your signal strength if you need to call AT&T customer support about poor phone reception.
You can also get the mac address of the phone's wi-fi card in the event you use mac address filtering on your local network.
My telephone numbers
Tapping My telephone numbers will display a list of four phone numbers. The numbers and names can be edited by tapping on the entry.
Legal Information
Tapping Legal information opens a screen with two choices:
Tapping either choice displays the license information for that topic.
