Overview
While in the texting app tap the menu key and select Message limit. You can now set the number of texts that are retained on the phone between 10 and 1,000. You can tap in the input field and use the keyboard to enter the setting.
This setting effects all conversations.
This setting also effects other texting apps, such as Handcent.
