The battery manager displays what is using your battery as a percentage since the last time you unplugged your phone from the charger.
You reach the Battery manager by going to:
Menu->Settings->Battery Manager

There are three options:

The new option is Battery Use. Tap on that and you will see a list of the apps and processes using your battery:

Battery use is reported as a percentage of the power used since the last time you unplugged from a charger. This might be misleading, depending on the amount of time you have been unplugged. For example, if you unplug your phone from the car charger and then get out and use the phone for walking directions to a restaurant near the parking garage and then check your battery use when you get to your destination the GPS and nav programs will show that they are using almost all of the battery.
You can tap on an item in the list to see details about that item and, in some case, get tips to improve battery life.
